These Terms of Service govern your use of the Repworx platform (repworx.app), the PACE Sales Assessment (pace.repworx.app), and all related services operated by OkieApps LLC. By accessing or using any part of these services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Repworx and PACE are products of OkieApps LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. Repworx is a sales talent platform connecting sales representatives with employers. PACE (Personality, Ambition, Conduct, Environment) is a proprietary sales assessment tool developed and owned by OkieApps LLC.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Repworx or PACE, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Repworx offers two account types: Sales Representative accounts (free) and Employer accounts (subscription-based). Each account type has different access levels, features, and obligations as described in these terms and on our platform.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@repworx.app. OkieApps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period, with or without notice.
The PACE assessment is a self-reported psychometric tool designed to provide career guidance and facilitate better job matching. Results are directional in nature and are intended to help users gain self-awareness and improve career decisions. PACE results do not constitute a professional psychological evaluation, career counseling, or employment advice.
PACE results are one data point among many and should not be used as the sole basis for any employment, hiring, or career decision. OkieApps makes no representation or warranty that any particular career path, role, or industry will result in personal or professional fulfillment.
The PACE full report is available for purchase at $24.99 USD as a one-time payment. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your complete PACE report on-screen and via email as a PDF. See our Refund Policy for terms related to PACE purchases.
Employers may sponsor PACE assessments for candidates. When an employer sponsors your assessment, you receive the full report at no cost to you. Your results are shared with the sponsoring employer as part of the candidate evaluation process. You will be notified when an employer sponsors your assessment and may decline the invitation.
The PACE framework, assessment questions, scoring methodology, archetype system, and all related content are the proprietary intellectual property of OkieApps LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the PACE assessment without written permission from OkieApps.
As a Sales Representative user, you agree to:
Your Repworx profile, including your PACE results, is visible to employers with active accounts subject to your visibility settings. You may control your profile visibility at any time through your account settings.
Employer access to Repworx requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan features are described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
PACE credits allow employers to sponsor assessments for candidates. Credits are purchased separately from subscriptions. Credits are charged only upon completion of the assessment by the candidate — not upon invitation. Unused credits do not expire and are non-transferable. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
Employers agree that PACE scores and Repworx profile data will be used as one factor among many in hiring decisions and will not be used as the sole or primary basis for employment decisions. Employers are responsible for ensuring their hiring practices comply with all applicable employment laws including, without limitation, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and applicable state and local employment laws.
Employer access to rep profiles and PACE data is limited to the purpose of evaluating candidates for legitimate employment opportunities. Employers may not export, sell, or redistribute rep data, use data for purposes other than direct hiring evaluation, or contact reps outside the Repworx platform for non-recruiting purposes.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize OkieApps to charge the applicable fees. All prices are in US dollars. OkieApps reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
THE REPWORX PLATFORM AND PACE ASSESSMENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OKIEAPPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OKIEAPPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OKIEAPPS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PACE ASSESSMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OKIEAPPS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OkieApps LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
OkieApps reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the platform.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OkieApps regarding the platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.
